To get the counts, I converted the PDF to text, and then ran it through a frequency counter, for both words and two-word phrases. The PDF had to be converted to text, simply because the LibreOffice statistical add-on would not function on PDFs.
For the counts, things like null and nullsec are counted as being the same. Similarily, gank, ganked and ganking are considered equal. FW and faction warfare are counted together. Wardec and war declaration are synonyms. You get the idea.

[Null] Ammo (Null L ammo)
[Null] as in Nullsec
also check for the word "0.0"

Nulli and Null are distinct words. I checked. No confusion between the two. As well, I also searched for 0.0 and added it to the nullsec results.
